10 Minute High Level Bodyweight

Get a high-level bodyweight workout in just 10 minutes. Challenge your muscles and improve your fitness with this efficient and effective routine

10 Minute Brutal Bodyweight session. By far the most challenging 10-minute short workout in my channel. Warning: This workout routine is not for Beginner and Intermediate trainers. This routine is hardcore, and this session is never meant to be "fun" or that kinda "I felt great workout" routine. This routine was designed to push your mind and body to the limit or beyond, especially your VO2 Max. Do this workout at your own risk. Disclaimer & criteria of Level 6 standard: 1.) To experience Level 6 difficulty. In every round, you must achieve the rep goal with the given form (12 full push up burpees for this session). If you only achieve anything lower than the benchmark, this workout is considered level 5 or lower. 2.) Before attempting Level 6, you must be able to complete all Level 5 workouts without feeling too much fatigue. With this, you can withstand the intensity of level 6 workouts. 3.) Before attempting Level 6, ensure you can complete all previous Levels 4/5 workouts by taking not longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between rounds. 0:00 Introduction 1:45 Warm Up 8:36 Preparation 9:26 Work Out Estimated calories burned in this session: 250+ kcal (your fitness tracker might show different results) ▷Connect with Me Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jordanyeohfitness Facebook: http://facebook.com/jordanyeohfitness Training & Coaching App: https://bit.ly/trainwithjordanapp EXERCISE DISCLAIMER The exercises and workouts provided in this video are for educational purposes only.
