If you've clicked on this video, odds are you're going through a period of stress and overwhelm. If your mental health is suffering, I would encourage you to take some time to do this practice and hopefully it will help you move through those emotions and come back to a state of equilibrium in your nervous system. I've struggled with anxiety my entire life and I find that the most beneficial way to use yoga during stressful episodes or panic attacks is by both activating and relaxing. We will do some dynamic breathing exercises to clear our minds and move our bodies to get the energy flowing before settling into some relaxation poses and slowing down.
